Active Lane Change Assist – Automatic Lane Change function: The Automatic Lane Change function offers additional convenience on certain freeways: If a slower moving vehicle is driving ahead, the Mercedes can automatically initiate a lane change to overtake it. (This Level 2 system is currently only available in the USA and Canada. ALC will be soon available in the European market. MBUX Navigation is required. The Mercedes-Benz driving assistance and safety systems are aids and do not relieve the driver of responsibility.
